2010 Youth Summer Program
Fun in the Sun, presented by Killarney-Turtle Mountain Recreation is open to all children ages 3 - 15. Kim Dyck and Sam Gow are this year's Summer Activity Leaders.
This year the program is proud to provide two types of camps 1) Specialty Camps and 2) Day Camps. Specialty Camps offer an opportunity to focus on one area of interest, allowing for more learning possibility of the subject area. Please register early for Specialty Camps.
Day Camps allow an opportunity for fun, friendship, and fitness. Each day is assigned a theme. Mornings (10:00-11:30 am) are geared towards children ages 3-6. Afternoon sessions (1:00-4:00 pm) accept children ages 7-11 years. This year, no registrations will be accepted at Erin Park Pavilion.
Mini Day Camps
~ Two Age Categories
1) Ages 3 - 6/10 - 11:30 am 2) Ages 7 - 11/1:00 - 4:00 pm
~ Registration Fee: $3/Age Category/Camp Day
~ Mini Day Camps require a 24 hour advance registration
~ All registrations and payment must be received at the Killarney-Turtle Mountain Recreation Office (Shamrock Centre, 725 Broadway Avenue). Summer Leaders will not accept children who have not pre-registered.

YOGA DAY - Come stretch it out and learn the importance of keeping your body and mind healthy.

PUPPET PALS - Expand your imagination by making your own puppet pals and putting on a show.

HARRY POTTER DAY (slime and magic too!) - Travel to the world of Hogwarts, where the magic is real!

DINO DAY - Become an archeologist for a day as we head back to the time of the dinosaurs.
Wednesday, July 14
KIDS IN THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN - Make your own sundae and top it off with your favorite yummy treats.

BEACH DAY - Soak up the sun on this fun filled day as we build sand castles and play your favorite beach games.

EASTER DAY - Come hunt for the Easter Bunny's treats and then join in the fun as we paint eggs, giving him a treat too.

CARNIVAL DAY - Step right up! The carnival has come to Killarney! Join us in the excitement.

MINI OLYMPICS - The 2010 games are coming to Killarney for a day. Put on your runners as we all compete for gold!
